3 Things To Do To Protect Your Time

One of the many complaints I hear from everyone at work is “I don’t have time!”

The truth is you have time. Only, most likely you don’t give yourself the permission to own YOUR time.

Here are 3 things you can do to protect your time:

1. Create time blocks in your agenda (Outlook) that clearly say “No meeting / No call” and that are for things that matter and are important to you (preparing a presentation, learning, thinking about the next strategic plan, family time, etc.)

2. Use Outlook “Work Offline” function to not be distracted by emails

3. Refuse meetings where same result can be achieved with a quick call

What else have you found useful to do in order to protect your time?
